Privacy policy

ProductSentry is operated by Cade Samuel Craft LLC, 7214 N Silver Creek Way, Eagle Mountain, UT 84005. This page explains what we collect, what we do with it, and how to have it deleted. The short version: we collect what we need to match regulations to your products, we never sell it, and deleting it takes one email.

What we collect

• Contact details. Your name and email address, so we can send you alerts and briefs.
• Your product catalog. The product names, categories and materials you give us during onboarding.
• Where you sell. The states you sell into, so we can match state-level rules to your business.
• Billing status. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers — all we see is whether a subscription is active.

How we use it

We use your catalog and the states you sell into to match regulatory items to your products, and your email address to deliver alerts and monthly briefs. That is the whole list. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build profiles for any purpose beyond running the service you pay for.

Who processes it

A few service providers handle data on our behalf, each only for its own job:

• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• Resend — sending our emails.
• Neon — database hosting.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Anthropic — AI drafting of summaries and briefs, which a human reviews before anything is sent.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Your catalog goes to nobody except the processors above, and only so they can run the service.

Cookies

The site sets no tracking or analytics cookies. The only cookie we use is a session cookie for our own admin dashboard — regular visitors and subscribers never receive it.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you want it deleted, email cade@productsentry.com and we will remove your account, catalog and contact details within 30 days. Billing records stay with Stripe for as long as tax law requires them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data in any meaningful way, we will email subscribers before the change takes effect. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
